Eucalyptus Globulus Leaves are sourced from the blue gum eucalyptus, a tree native to southeastern Australia.  These leaves provide natural shelter and foraging opportunities for fish, shrimp, and other aquatic inhabitants. As they decompose, they release beneficial compounds into the water, improving quality, inhibiting cyanobacteria and algae growth, and closely mimicking natural environments. Over time, the leaves release tannins, which lower the water’s pH and add a subtle, natural tint.
